I have been receiving a rather loud rtty type signal on 14.173 MHz. zero
beat here lately when the band has been open towards Europe lately. Has
anyone heard what the intruder might be? Its running well over s9 now as I
type this (2006z). Seems to be pretty fast teletype I think.
