YU8/OH2R is on 10123.  Just worked him up 2.5.  Again, it's unlikely
that
Kosovo will be a new DXCC entity until admitted as a UN member state, or
is
assigned an ITU callsign block.  

By the way, VP6DX has been on 15, 20, and 40m CW during the ARRL CW DX
contest this weekend, as well as on 30m RTTY.
