I did play with CW Skimmer when it was first announced and it can be a
useful tool, probably as much so for the DX'er in a pileup than for
contesters. Using it in conjunction with the bandscope of the 756 series of
Icom radios gives a decided advantage to those looking for the DX listening
frequency is a large, spread out pile-up.

Alex, VE3NEA, has recently release CW Skimmer software, a multi-channel CW
decoder and analyzer. Check it out at: http://www.dxatlas.com/CwSkimmer/

There's a review of CW Skimmer by Pete N4ZR, one of the beta testers, in the
PVRC newsletter at: http://www.pvrc.org/Newsletters/feb08.pdf

This software has great potential benefit to both DXers and contesters.
Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight.

Cliff, K0CA
