[Great-River-DX] PacketCluster

NA9Q has the digipeater, W9AWE-2 alias ILQDX, on 144.910 operating
correctly and the PacketCluster W9AWE is getting some light use so far.
There is a connection to the internet with DX spots coming from W9ZRX.
Those of you with packet capability, please try the RF connection out
and report back how it works for you.  I know at least one of our group
has to rely on RF for his DX spotting info.
