I left the packet running this evening on 144.91 while I was at a meeting in
town using Mixw, Yaesu Ft857D into a dual band Ringo at approx. 25 ft. Only
packets I picked up was from a station with the call of WB0MCO. Nothing else
seen.

NA9Q has put the W9AWE-2, alias ILQCY, digipeater back into service.
(frequency is 144.910 MHz). It has been acting up and I would like reports
on whether any of you can hear it or not. I was able to connect to it from
the mobile today at noon, but not this morning. If you can hear it, try
connecting to it or to W9AWE via ILQDX and see if it will hold the traffic.
It appears it has n intermittent problem and I hope we can find out what it
is with more traffic through it.
Jay, you might take a listen to see if you hear anything out of it. You are
probably as far out as anyone else in the group. Unfortunately, the only
time there is traffic through the digi is when someone is connected to it or
the packet cluster node through it. It should send out a beacon with the ID
about every 30 minutes, regardless of use.
