[Great-River-DX] St. Martin - FJ/OH2AM - Possible New DXCC Entity

Hi guys.  FJ/OH2AM is on the air from St. Martin, which was added to the
U.S. Department of State's list of Dependencies and Areas of Special
Sovereignty on December 14, 2007.  As a result, St. Martin may (and I
emphasize MAY) now meet the requirements of the DXCC Rule 1.c. definition a
political entity, and become a new DXCC entity.  Martti Lane OH2BH and OH0XX
are currently on the air this afternoon on 20m SSB and 17m CW from St.
Martin, signing FJ/OH2AM.  I have no inside information one way or the
other, but when in doubt, WFWL.
