[Great-River-DX] Russian woodpecker antenna

As many times as I heard this over the years, I was very interested in
what it consisted of. Now I know, at least the antenna part.  I assume
it was pointed at North America..

I saw this link on the SMC reflector, so some of you may already have
seen it.
