Since the team arrived at Scarborough at sunset, the release says they will scout out operating positions and build the stations around sunrise, which should be around 2151z today. Hopefully they will be on the air soon thereafter, although I imagine that setting up on the rocks will be a time-consuming challenge! Cliff, K0CA
