[Great-River-DX] N8S on 7010 working up .5 to 1 KC

For any of the group who are still up and need N8S on 40m CW, he's working
NA and JA on 7010 now, with few calling him.  He's split up about .5 to 1.0
KC.  I'd been listening to him on 7020 working only EU, and after QRX'ing
for about 20 minutes, he came back on this different frequency, and now
working anyone.  His move of frequency really thinned out the pileup.  I
just worked him on the second call.
