[GPS_Standard] ??? pin out info HP10544A TCXO

I am about to put together the VE2ZAS, 10MHz Frequency Standard.  I am 
confused about the connections on the HP TCXO. Am I supposed to have 
connection to Pins 8 & 9, Oven Controller? If so, what and where do they 
connect?
