[GPS_Standard] enclosure suggestions for VE2ZAZ GPSDO project

I reused a 3U rackmount enclosure for an ISDN router that was hanging about
in the basement for mine. It already had the a decent power supply, punch
outs in the back for several DB connectors and LED status lights on the
front. I pulled the fan out however.

It lives in a well controlled thermal environment, so the oven doesn't see
really wild swings.
