I've found a rather obscure bug in my V 1.0 release.  If you bypass the warmup period and set the DAC directly, the new "unlock" detection code doesn't work properly.  In other words, this will happen if you turn the system on, use "T" to set the DAC to your desired value, and use the "E" parameter to enable the PLL before the warmup period ("W") completes.  

I'm not going to release a new version to fix this just yet, in case I run into another problem.  If you don't fiddle with things like I do to see if they will break, then you shouldn't have a problem.  In the unlikely event someone needs this fixed, let me know and I'll put it up.
