I left it running, as promised, and here is the link. It seems to have settled down to an interesting pattern over the past 12 hours with no net phase crossings. However, as there is nothing in the software to account for oscillator aging, this will eventually change and reach some new temporary equilibrium.
In looking at the plot, though, I only see 8 phase crossings once it reached stability at about 11:00 AM no November 12. All things considered, that's quite good. I've got a number of new ideas that I'd like to try, but I think I'll let this continue to run for awhile. The temperature variation near the GPSDO over the past 24 hours has been between 73 and 79 degrees F.
