[GPS_Standard] Linux version of Montrol

No linux version that I know of.

I run antiX linux on a laptop to monitor my GPSDO.

I have a perl script that does the standard deviation calculation.
It doesn't do the graphics, just prints a line of text at
every tick.

Not particularly 'friendly'.

I could supply you a copy.
