Thanks for the very helpful explanation about the DAC voltage.
I think I'm going to proceed with my separate bi-polar rail supply
just because I have it working that way now.  But I understand
now that the problem is perterbances of the PWM.  That makes sense.

I have not given much thought to the statistics needed to monitor
this thing.  The time-nuts guys talk about Tau and other mysterious
stats.  I really don't know what that means.  I've been in
the state of just marveling that it all works.

My MonTrol stats window usually shows 1.xxE-9 in the long range
frequency deviation.  Would that be .02 Hertz?  Pretty cool.
