[GPS_Standard] Mounting parts in a box

I mounted mine in a reclaimed router enclosure. Already had a nice, stable
power supply, 2 DB9 punchouts (GPS and GPSDO output), blank filler plates on
the back I was able to mount BNCs in, two holes for blinky lights on the
front, and rack mount ears already to go.
