[GPS_Standard] HP 10811-60111 info!

Hi at all,
I'm Noris from Italy.
Only an answer:
I have a HP10811-60111 with this connections:
pin 1 10Mhz oscillator
pin 2 GND
pin 3 12V oscillator
pin 4 GND
pin 5 GND EFC
pin 6 EFC
pin 7 NC
pin 8 NC
pin 9 NC
pin 10 NC
pin 11 oven monitor <------------------
pin 12 GND
pin 13 GND
pin 14 24V heater
pin 15 GND heater

Well,the pin 11 Oven monitor say to me if the oscillator is in 
temperature but the 10811 have a internal regulation of this temperature
or I must provide to build a circuit to regulate the current to pin 
14-15 (heater) for control the Heater?????
In other words,the control of temperature in inside the oscillator or I 
must build it outside?????
