These questions will provoke a flood of info and opinion. Having three
or four high elevation SVs will produce fine results which are limited
primarily by receiver noise and and jitter, and by receiver system
resolution. More than SVs that, especially if at low elevations, will
not improve results. These are my opinions; I do not state them as
facts.
