[GPS_Standard] exponents

Dr All,
I have installed the latest version of the monitor prgramme. But the strange 
results are not different from before. In fact the only exponents ever 
visble are e-8 e-9 e-10 e-11 e-12 e-25 and e-26. A few minutes before I 
write this the overall average ( over about 2000 sample periods) jumps 
betwee ..e-12 and ..e-25. Where are the other exponents?
