Bob:

TAC-32 will tell you what commands are active.

Go to
VIEW GPS DATA
     RAW DATA

and look at the stuff that comes rolling by.
You can also create a text log of the commands for later viewing.
The first four characters tell what the command / response is.
They are the same for the command and the response.

You can then look up the command in the Oncore manual,
and it will tell you what the details are for the command to the
Oncore and the details and structure of the response.
