[GPS_Standard] New version of Montrol software available

Hello Everyone,

I have just posted a new version of the GPS_Std Montrol software on my
website. Version 3 provides the following:

- A fix on the stats window that will detect when a 5MHz OCXO is used and
perform the calculations accordingly,
- Improvements to the DAC Plot window rendering and autoscaling,
-Support to serial ports COM1 to COM8 (as long as the hardware exists and is
detected in Windows).
