That's about what I've been getting at 10 GHz with the Isotemp units. Of 
course it's even better for the bands lower in frequency.  I wish the 
source for them I had didn't dry up.  They have decent phase noise specs, 
and this person was selling them on eBay and getting $15-20 apiece. But 
he hasn't been able to get any for a couple years now.
