For building a GPS Standard, I assume you mean ovenized quartz
oscillator or Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillators (OCXO).

Two commonly found HP (Aligent) OCXO that can often be found as
surplus are the HP 10544 and HP 10811.  There are a other models from
HP/Aligent that are less common, and different manufacturers such as
Bliley, Isotemp, Vectron, Raltron, ConWin, Wenzel, Symmetricom,
Valpey-Fisher, and Crystek.
