[GPS_Standard] Parts outside North America: Help please

Hello everyone,

I have had comments from a few users outside North America on the difficulty in sourcing some of my GPS-Derived Frequency Standard design components. My understanding is that Digikey ship worldwide, but the shipping charges offshore are out of proportion compared to the value of the components.

So I would like to ask those outside of North America who built the Standard to help us find local sources for the following components:

U1: LTC1485
U3: MC3487
U5: OPA2705 or LMC6482
