[GPS_Standard] Replacement 10 MHz Oscillators

OK, now I have something to aim for. The drift of 3 Hz per hour is not
all in one direction and is probably due to changes in ambient
temperature, thermometer calibration or frequency counter drift, I may
therefore need to move to a double oven. Also, I have only been
working on this for seven days. Further improvement in the drift
figures can therefore be expected.

It's a good job that I am retired, there is no quick way to do this.
