[GPS_Standard] Jupiter receiver

Hello, I have the VE2ZAZ controller and the only way I have to evaluate is
to compare to the HP-3801A.

HP-3801A controls the EIL counter.
VE2ZAZ controls the HP signal generator.

At 3,000,000,000.0 hertz the counter will vary up one or down one hertz,
when I observe the count twice a day. This is with the Motorola Oncore GT+
receiver.

The point is I can't tell any difference with the Jupiter receiver. The
count is the same in my house.

If you use the Labmon DOS program to control Jupiter the menu says things
like aF2 which means hold 'Alt' then F2, sF2 means hold 'Shift' and press
F2. You got the idea. When it says '3D' in the upper left corner of the
screen you have arrived, it is QRV. Ninety percent of the other data in
Labmon is an enigma to me.
