When I get the time to put this all together, I'm going to try the circuit
with an Isotemp 118 OCXO. This OCXO supplies an 8.3 volt reference output
to be used for the electrical tuning of the oscillator (0 to +8 volts
range).

I think the HP 10811 uses a -5 to +5 volt tuning range, correct?

I may get one of those on eBay and try it, too.
