[Gonset] GSB-100 meter

Hi all--  
Rebuilding a GSB-100, and it looks like my meter is non-functional. Anyone have a working meter or recommend a replacement? I've reproduced the meter face as a document; the original had melted beyond repair. It appears however that the movement is also problematic.
Also- any experiences with the audio phasing module? It is just a black box on the schematic. Unlike the Central electronics rig I rebuilt, there are no adjustments. Is it essentially the B&W circuit?
