[Gonset] MICROPHONE FOR GONSET G-76

I used both the D-104 and Shure 444 with good results on 29 mcs AM.  Good 
reports from VK2BA, KH6CC (now SK), YV1DIG, and others.

I remember we used hand held mics with the old Gonset twins on Field Day but 
we ran big pile-ups on both 10 and 15 AM at W5KHB.  One mic was a shure but 
can't remember what the other was but remember it was well used.
