The knobs on the transmitter adjustments feature a "slip on" mechanism. They are obviously commercially made but the original screwdriver slots are still there. I don't know if these were added at a later date by someone or it it was a factory installed option.

Your link has "3025"embedded in it. Model 3025 was the Communicator II. Same as the Communicator I except Model 3025 was the "Deluxe" version (how it was noted on the schematic). Model 3025 is the same as Communicator I, Model 3026, except Model 3025 has an adjustable squelch, phone jack with speaker muting, and dial light switch. The switch is missing from your front panel so it's probably a Communicator I, Model 3026. As Glen pointed out, the front panel seems to be a mirror image of the Communicator I's more commonly seen. Maybe it's a rare "left-handed" version. Might be similar to the case of the more common right-handed bug versus the left-handed bug type keys.
Although Glen show his Communicator I with knobs for all the transmitter adjustments, all the ones I've seen, owned, have pictures of (I have some proof photos that came from Gonset) show these as screwdriver adjustments.
