[Gonset] Prototype Gonset

Based on the modular chassis designs, it looks like a repackaged
Communicator IV. Same number of tubes in the receiver section, but
transmitter has one more tube the "regular" 6 Comm. IV. The number of
tubes does agree however with a 2 meter version.  Maybe in the final
design, they used a multi function tube that had dual functions.
