[GE] Mastr III Power amp update

The brick could be intermittent..have seen that in other gear before......(I
hate when it happens too! :)
Usually heat stress cracks the substrate internally...and when warm or hot,
they go south...after cooling down, they work again.
Could use a hot air gun to heat it up and see it fails under hi temp...
