[GE] Master III Programing software

All,

I am trying to locate the software that is used to program a Master III radio.  The part number when last listed is TQS3353.  Now before anyone goes off half baked, I am looking to PURCHASE a legit copy!!  I have checked the following sites but to no avail:  GE, Ericsson, MA/COM, Tyco and the site of the company that currently owns the remnants of MA/COM, Cobham DES.  There is no reference to any of the old GE or GE Ericsson equipment or software.  Does anyone know where I can find a place to purchase it OR a 2 way shop in the Atlanta area that is willing to program the equipment.  The local rep in Marietta wants nothing to do with any type of equipment that is going to be used on the ham bands in any way shape or form - no matter how much money is thrown at them.
