[GE] S-825 Help Screens Unavailable

I have Ver. 3 of the GE S-825 control head software, and none of the help
screens function.  Instead there is a "sorry not available" pop-up box which
appears instead.  The help screens are indeed there in their entirety, it's
just that the program doesn't seem to find them (or possibly even try.)
They can be printed with the DOS "print" command but it would be nicer to
have them actually work with the F9 key as they are supposed to.

Has anyone figured out what the reason for this is?  I've tried several
different computers and directory methods and not a one will access the help
screens.
