[GE] another KRD/programming question

Hi folks, I have another KRD programming question.  Do you need a special
radio interface board or anything like that to program these radios with,
and as far as software how much does the software generally cost?  These
are 103-138 units, and are UHF.  Also, if there is anyone out there that
has successfuly used these radio's software with any screen reader
software for the visually impaired please let me know, and thanks in
advance.
