[GE] GE Porta Mobile II Lowband

Most lowband gear on 48.xxx I have usually found they tune right on up to
52.525 with no problems...
Make sure the radio is working first on the 48 Mhz channel before rerocking
and retuning...(Fix the problems first)
Last time I look at a PMII was 10+ years ago...but IIRC all it needed was
new rocks and retuning to get it up into 6.

Good luck .....doubt we will work on 6 FM though except maybe during the big
sunspot cycle in 2011 ;)
