[GE] GE MLS 2 (MLS II) program hardare

Hi

I am in need of the hardware to program a fleet of GE
MLS II (MLS 2) UHF radios. I have an old Nile program
interface that only works for the MLS 1 types

I have a set of plans from the Halls Electronics site
but seems that is not working for the homemade
interface.

Is there any out there to build or buy..
