[GCARC] GCARC HamFest 2026 on October 11th at the 4-H Fail grounds in Mullica Hill

Dear Club Member,

 

Our HamFest is quickly approaching on Sunday, October 11th, and we are still
in need of a few additional volunteers to help ensure a smooth, safe, and
professionally run event.  As you may know, it takes about 45 volunteers
working together to make HamFest successful, and your participation would
make a meaningful difference.

 

We currently have openings in the following areas:

. Entrance Gate - Greet attendees and collect the entrance fee (two
volunteers needed)

. Visitor Parking - Guide vehicles into organized parking positions

. Traffic Control - Direct vendor and visitor vehicles to the correct areas

. Handicap Parking - Assist drivers in safely parking in designated spaces

. Overnight Security - Help patrol the grounds from Saturday night into
Sunday morning

 

None of these tasks are difficult, but each one is essential for the safety
of our guests and the overall flow of the event.  If you are able to assist
with any of these roles, please let me know.  My contact information is
