[GCARC] HF Remote Station Status

Please note that the HF antenna tower has been lowered in advance of the
forecast heavy winds due to hit us sometime tonight.  It has been lowered
approximately half-way.  This means that while the station is still
somewhat active and usable, it is limited to NO ROTATION and to 50% POWER
OUTPUT.  Please follow these guidelines if using the station during this
period of inclement weather.

I will notify the Club when the station is once again restored to full
useful status.
