[GCARC] Remote HF Station Status

To all who may be concerned...  The Remote HF Station is now back in
limited service.  The station can be used at any and all power levels up to
and including 100 watts, but without the use of the amplifier. l Rotator
operation is back online, so the antennas can be turned directionally.
However, amplifier use is prohibited until further notice.  The antenna
array is positioned at about half of its full height.
