[GCARC] Field Day Food and Support Help

6 DAYS UNTIL FIELD DAY!

 

Here's my list so far :

Beth Barnish KB2EAL : Sausage, peppers, rolls, deviled eggs, kitchen help

Melissa Guenther KE2BWZ : Crock pot breakfast, kitchen help

Marylu Ciraula K3MLC : Crock pot meatballs, rolls. kitchen help

Dean Marzocca : Kitchen help

Steve Farney W2SEF : Brownies, macaroni salad

Mike Resnick N2WOQ : Ice, water

Earl Moore : Pasta Salad

 

We will need help on Saturday morning with getting things out of the shed
like coolers, tables, BBQ, trash cans, etc. One table sets up in front of
the Clubhouse and two go down to the GOTA station/Welcome tent.

 

We could use some potato salad. Also some baked beans would be nice. We have
burgers, dogs, and rolls left over from the picnic that we will use.

 

Saturday lunch will be hoagies from Verchio's. They will need to be pick up
Saturday at noon. I need someone to pick them up : Verchio's Deli, 272
Hurffville-Crosskeys Road (corner of Hurffville-Crosskey and Fries Mill
Road). They are ordered and paid for.

 

Also some chip and pretzels. Maybe those small bags of chips that come in
the big box, not big bags of chips.

 

Also, Also more desserts are always welcome and maybe some bagels, cream
cheese for Saturday and Sunday morning from the Amish market like we had
last year.
