[GCARC] Remote HF Station

[Christopher Prioli AD2CS]

Due to the forecast inclement weather, the Remote HF station is out of
service completely until further notice.  The tower has been lowered
completely and the host PC has been powered down.

An email communication will be issued at such time as the station is back
in service.
