[GCARC] End-Fed Half-Wave Antenna Build - IMPORTANT NOTICE

The EFHW antenna build is now completely sold out, with zero kits
remaining.  If there is additional interest, we may consider offering
another round of sign-ups, but I would have to have additional boards made
and also need to source additional enclosures, toroids, and hardware.  We
will gauge any further interest and make a decision based upon those
findings.
