[GCARC] Email membership warning

I have twice gotten a warning that my membership to this email reflector was disabled because of excessive bounces, and had to manually go to the link re-enable my email membership. I don't think I'm using it anymore than I've ever used it since 2009, so why am I getting these warnings and why is my membership to the reflector being disabled?
