Hi Cole -- I told you earlier when you called me that there is a training
bit that you must go through and I must set you up as a user on the station
once you have been trained. We can schedule your training at a point in
time that is acceptable to both of us. You will need to have your computer
active and you must be able to get it online, and you will need to be able
to install software to the computer and to create some shortcuts. With the
computer, you will need to have a working microphone as well as a pair of
working speakers.

I will send you some documents for you to read through. However, DO NOT
install any software or do ANY of the steps that are described until we are
doing the training together via ZOOM. Note also that we do not use the
software as directly downloaded from the offering site.

Be patient about getting this done, and set aside two or three hours for
the training session. As I mentioned, the training will be done via ZOOM,
so you must also have access to ZOOM on your computer. You are best off if
the computer is a Windows-based system, with Windows 10 working better than
does Windows 11 -- but either one will work.

Give me a series of dates and times that will work for you, and I will find
one that works for me from that set. Sundays are best for me. All
evenings are out, but weekday afternoons between 1200 and 1600 hrs are
often OK by me.
