All,

Weather permitting, we are aiming to complete some work at the Clubhouse
this coming weekend, November 1st and 2nd. We will be installing
conduit from the clubhouse to the two new towers for feedlines and also
working towards completing the ground system at the site.

This is a good-sized job and having a handful of volunteers will allow
us to work as teams in an assembly line manner, making the job much
easier. The club will be renting a trenching machine to do the bulk of
the work. We will need volunteers to assist with hand digging around
some known obstacles, assembling conduit runs, installing ground rods,
laying ground cable, making connections, and finally backfilling the
trenches.

As mentioned, we will be renting a trencher to do the bulk of the
trenching, and several members have donated use of demolition hammers to
install the ground rods. It would be helpful to have a few additional
pickaxes, shovels, and steel gardening rakes - if any volunteers could
bring those along that would be great.

If you are available to assist either day or both days, your assistance
would be greatly appreciated. Please reach out to me via email and let
me know which day(s) we can expect to see you.

Thanks & 73
Frank N3PUU
