[GCARC] Clubhouse Internet Issue Supplemental

As a result of the loss of internet connectivity at the Clubhouse, the
Club's EchoLink system is also non-operational and will remain so until the
connectivity issue has been resolved.  This is a hardware issue and it will
take a short while to remedy, as replacement hardware devices(s) must be
sourced and installed, followed by their configuration to restore service.
