Hi all,
The high wind Fri night brought down my 40m dipole.
Luckily it pulled one wire off the dipole center connector.
Good fortune was with me, the dipole half was now hanging loose, but within reach at the bottom of the 100ft oak that it goes over.
Had it repaired in about an hour, and ready for SS.
Condx were strange. I am very strong on my 40 and 80 high dipoles, but had trouble getting much going after the first few hours.
It seemed activity was down overall.
Made the sweep with VO2AC on Sun morning around 11A.
