[GCARC] Remote HF Station

Great News!  The GCARC Remote HF Station is once again back in service with
repairs having been made to theKenwood TS-480SAT transceiver.  However, at
this time, the HF antenna tower is lowered fully because of the windy
weather and the forecast winds.  As a result, while the station can be
used, it can be used only at reduced power and with absolutely NO use of
the KPA-1500 linear amplifier.

We will let the Club know when the antenna is once  back to its full normal
height.
