[GCARC] HF Station Out of Service

Due to the forecast inclement weather with associated high winds, the
Club's HF station is out of service, with the antenna tower having been
lowered completely.  This will be revisited tomorrow morning, at which time
repair of the inoperative HF Remote station will also be on the agenda.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we deal with the
expected bad weather.
